Thank you for informing us that you will be running late. Our policy allows a grace period of up to 10 minutes for customers to arrive after their scheduled appointment time. Please ensure that you arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, as appointments that are more than 10 minutes late will be considered missed.

We kindly ask for your understanding in regards to our cancellation policy. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot and prevents other guests from receiving the services they need. Thank you for your cooperation.
